Apex Adhesive Slides are microscope slides made of white glass with a proprietary positively charged adhesive coating designed to promote tissue adhesion and improve surface hydrophilicity. The enhanced hydrophilicity provides a suitable surface for more homogeneous coverage by aqueous stains and reagents, supporting consistent staining results. Apex Adhesive Slides are suitable for demanding histology procedures, including standard immunohistochemistry (IHC) and heat-induced epitope retrieval (HIER).
